EMPLOYMENT ADVICE 

Among the services we offer in this department include: 

- Analysis, advice and study in general, for freelancers and / or companies, 
in social security, labor law and prevention of occupational hazards. 
- Study and process retirement pension, permanent disability and unemployment. 
- Representation before Labour Inspections, TAMIB, or Social courts. 
- Records of Employment Regulation 
- Calculations of wage costs and layoffs. 
- Preparation of payroll, monthly newsletters to Social Security contributions, 
subsidized work contracts, payment cards monthly, quarterly and annual 
withholding (M-111 and M-190). 
- Employment contracts SE Employees Home. 
- Management and debt negotiation with Social Security and / or Tax Agency. 
- Study of objective dismissals, disciplinary or from improper, 
changes in working conditions, and any other appropriate procedure.
